Meet the team
Owner
John Giesen
John was born and raised in Radford, Virginia. He graduated from Radford High School in 1975 and attended Roanoke College, graduating in 1979 with a Bachelor of Arts. He then attended Virginia Tech and Radford University to work on a MBA. John is married to Dana and has two wonderful children, Jake and Laura. John has been President of Eleven West since 2008 and has a passion for the company, especially in the customer service and quality production arenas. When not at work, John enjoys running, golf, dogs, and spending time with friends and family.

Dana Giesen
Dana, an army brat, moved to Radford, Virginia in the mid 70’s. After graduating from Radford High School she attended Marietta College and graduated from Radford University in 1985. She joined Eleven West in 1994 and works primarily with the FBI, DEA, and USMC accounts at Quantico, Virginia. She is also heavily involved with many Radford University and Virginia Tech customers.

Ashley Proffitt
Ashley grew up in a small area called Parrott. She has three wonderful children. She has worked several years working with people doing retail. When she has time she loves to go swimming and fishing with her family. All together she is an outgoing person.

Morgan Delph
Morgan grew up in Dublin Virginia. Morgan has worked in Customer service for over 11 years, and hase two wonderful children; Kennedy and Jameson. In her free time she enjoys time with family, watching comedies and just relaxing, (If given the chance) .

Kathryn Richardson
Kathryn grew up locally in Dublin and currently resides in the area. She has two boys, they are 8 and 10, and are active in many sports. Riding the trails in RZR’s on the family’s land at their Hiwassee “Mountain House” is an often occurrence on weekends. She studied Mechanical Engineering at Virginia Tech for 2 years and then graduated with Honors from Radford University in 2009 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She also loves to travel – especially anywhere there is an ocean. Kathryn has a passion for people and is active in several community organizations. She hopes to extend that dedication through excellent customer service.
Graphic Artist
Kellyn Harris
Kellyn was born in Richmond but spent most of her life in New England before moving back to Virginia in 2020. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Art with a minor in Music from Stetson University in DeLand, Florida, graduating in 2017. She joined the Eleven West team as a graphic designer, bringing a strong creative vision and a deep appreciation for thoughtful, effective design. She lives in Radford with her husband, Hunter, their three cats—Jack, Leo, and Momo—and their dog Ozzy, a spirited pitbull/boxer mix. Outside of work, she enjoys writing and playing music (especially the banjo) and exploring the beauty of the New River Valley.
