John Giesen

John was born and raised in Radford, Virginia. He graduated from Radford High School in 1975 and attended Roanoke College, graduating in 1979 with a Bachelor of Arts. He then attended Virginia Tech and Radford University to work on a MBA. John is married to Dana and has two wonderful children, Jake and Laura. John has been President of Eleven West since 2008 and has a passion for the company, especially in the customer service and quality production arenas. When not at work, John enjoys running, golf, dogs, and spending time with friends and family.

Dana Giesen

Dana, an army brat, moved to Radford, Virginia in the mid 70’s. After graduating from Radford High School she attended Marietta College and graduated from Radford University in 1985. She joined Eleven West in 1994 and works primarily with the FBI, DEA, and USMC accounts at Quantico, Virginia. She is also heavily involved with many Radford University and Virginia Tech customers.

Emily Jessee

Emily grew up locally, with the family owning a cabin on the river in Floyd County.  Emily views herself as a self-proclaimed “River Rat.”  Whether it be tubing, kayaking, fishing, or just sitting in a lawn chair in the river with family while watching the kids play, she is happiest when she is in the water.  Emily has two children, Alec and Adalynn, who she has passed down her love for water and the respect of the river.  Emily primarily works with USMC, FBI, DEA, state, and the local police departments, as well as local fire & rescue teams and veterans.  The customer service aspect of the job is what Emily loves most, but what truly brings joy to her heart is being able to voice her thankfulness and respect to said customers above for keeping our country and local community safe.

Kevin Palmer

Kevin is part of the in-house marketing and graphics team. Kevin from time to time will also work with customers directly while helping out the sales staff process orders. Kevin enjoys time with family, cooking, and cheesy movies. In a previous life…(or so it seems to him, due to his advancement in years,) Kevin was an active drummer, filling in for traveling bands, and playing in several of his own bands. 

Tabatha Dudding

Tabatha grew up in Christiansburg, Va. Tabatha received her associates degree in Healthcare Administration. Tabatha has three boys and her oldest is in the Air Force. Tabatha has enjoys helping people. Her love for customer service came from her time spent in healthcare. When not working, Tabatha enjoys the outdoors, camping and going on adventurous trips!

Becca Simmons
 Becca is a sales associate with Eleven West.  She has worked in sales and customer service for almost 18 years.  Becca’s career path into customer service began in a local grocery store then transitioned to two well-known retail department stores (Goody’s and Belk).
 During her 12 years at Belk, she started as a part time sales associate and soon advanced to a Sales Team Manager.  
 Becca is very customer service driven and feels her customers are what makes a business grow.  Becca’s mantra: “Every customer is important” is always evident in the extra effort she puts into ensuring her customers are happy, and well-taken care of!

Amanda Duncan

Amanda grew up on a farm in Wythe County. She has an Associates Degree in Administrative Support from Wytheville Community College. She has two children, Kalei and Kelsi. Amanda started in May 2019 and is the office manager. When not working, Amanda enjoys the beach, traveling and helping on the family farm.
